Orders that are placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours. We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

We only offer refunds for damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage within 30 days of receiving the item.

Additional Policy for 50% Off Items

For items purchased at a 50% discount or more, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost.
